Hey, this is Evan, I’m a digital coach from Melbourne Australia and I don’t think people really get it. Well it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. What’s a digital coach? What’s with the digital coach thing man?
Well this is what I don’t do.
I’m not an online marketer.
I don’t do social media.
I don’t do SEO.
I don’t design.
That’s what some people think it is but it’s not.
What I do is I work with organisations. I work with teams of 10 to 20 people and I help to strategise and implement all their online systems.
It’s not just website. It’s not just marketing or social media. It’s everything that your business uses online. We’re looking at admin and communication, data, project management and all the other systems that are used online.
We want to have a digital strategy that will streamline and integrate with all your online systems to support your team and achieve your goals. I care about getting the best out of your technology, your systems and the best out of your team.
I’ve had years of experience working in teams of 10 to 20 people and supporting teams and getting alongside teams with their digital strategy as well. Now some organisations have great systems in place, some don’t have very good systems in place, some don’t have any at all or it’s really, really ugly! But what we want is to have great systems to give you great workflows, great processes and efficiency. Because having all these things in place is going to help save a whole lot of time and stress and headache for your organisation. We want to have all the right systems in place and working well.
If we do the maths on this, if you’ve got 10 people in your organisation and there’s a task that they’re doing 15 minutes a day that really could be streamlined or done a whole lot differently, that’s going to save 15 minutes a day. So 10 people x 15 minutes a day x 5 days a week x 48 weeks in a year when they’re working… that is 600 hours that’s wasted! On the flip side, 600 hours that could be saved. Or if you have multiple tasks that you’re streamlining you’re going to be saving tens of thousands of dollars or hundreds of thousands of dollars.
So let me ask you a few questions:
What’s been the best system upgrade, change or tweak that you’ve made in your organisation? And what’s it been worth to your organisation? Put an actual dollar figure on it.
On the flip side what’s a task that you’re doing at the moment that really sucks, is a big waste of time and is just killing your reason for work?
What could we do to streamline that task and make it better?
So let me know. Comment in the box below. I’d love to hear from you and look forward to speaking to you soon.
